CTC is awarded full charitable status

The Charity Commission for England and Wales has approved CTC’s application to become a charity. The decision recognises that all the work of the UK's largest cycling organisation, with its 68,000 strong membership, is of benefit to the public.

Bike Club Scotland celebrates its first birthday

Scotland’s young people will have the opportunity to meet the country’s decision makers on education, public health, road safety and community learning and development on Tuesday, when these groups come together to celebrate the first year of the cycling development programme Bike Club.

A Bike Club first for Cambridge
CTC - Working for Cycling
Local MP Julian Huppert will be visiting Castle School, Cambridge, to witness a highly successful Bike Club initiative. The school is the first Bike Club in Cambridge catering for young people with physical and learning disabilities.

Bike Club to launch in Wales
CTC - Working for Cycling
Bike Club is a project that engages with young people aged 10-20 by inspiring them to become participants and leaders of creative, fun and inclusive activities. A series of Bike Clubs will begin in Cardiff and surrounding areas that will help children and young people to learn new life skills.
