Membership renewal
When your period of membership is coming to an end, you will be sent a renewal letter by our membership department, which includes your new membership card. If you pay by direct debit, your membership renewal will happen automatically; otherwise you will need to renew by one of the following options:
Direct Debit
The easiest way to renew is via direct debit. Anyone switching to direct debit this year will receive 15 months for the price of 12.
To renew via direct debit either:
- Phone our membership department on 0844 7368451 (weekdays 9am to 5.30pm) and one of our membership advisers will be able to help, or
- Complete the form on the back of your membership renewal letter and post to the address provided.
Online using your Credit or debit card
Individual members can renew their membership online using a credit or debit card.
If you are a member, but not yet registered with our website:
- Please first register with our website.
NOTE: To register you will need a unique email address registered with us. If you have no email registered, please contact membership services on 0844 7368451 (weekdays 9am to 5.30pm) or email membership@ctc.org.uk. - If you have problems registering see the membership FAQ on the membership department contact page.
- Having registered, please login and go to the "membership" page from the “My CTC” menu option.
- If your renewal is due you will see a renewal button, click on this to start the process.
If you are a member and have registered with our website:
- Please login to our website.
- Having logged in, go to the "membership" page from the “My CTC” menu option.
- If your renewal is due you will see a renewal button, click on this to start the process.
Renewal by phone or post
To renew by phone:
Please call our membership department on 0844 7368451 (weekdays 9am to 5.30pm) to renew with a credit / debit card or to set up a direct debit.
To renew by post:
- Please send us a cheque (payable to “CTC”), complete the credit / debit card form or Direct Debit mandate sent with your renewal letter.
- Send your renewal to:

Group Renewal
Please complete the Renew your Group Affiliate Membership form and one of our membership advisers will call you back within 24 hours*. They will talk you through the application, securely take your payment and issue your affiliate group membership number.
*If you call prior to 16:00 Mon- Fri, you will receive a call-back the same day. Please note, office hours are Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:30
