About this project

Working along side the police we recover abandoned and unclaimed bikes. Most of these bikes would have gone to landfill sites which has a huge impact on the environment. It is a terrible waste of metal and rubber.
Here at Squeaky Chains theses bikes have a second chance. Most of these bikes will be completely refurbished and redeployed onto our roads. This means good quality second hand bikes for the community.

We accept all donations of unwanted bicycles and parts. We run bicycle maintenance courses for disadvantaged people.
