Behind Lisburn Leisureplex.  The easiest way to access them is to park in Salto carpark: Warren Park, Lisburn, County Antrim BT28 1LW

Open to groups and/or individuals

Only RNIB volunteers can take the bikes out

We can arrange for a pilot for someone providing we have some notice.

Weekly Tandem Group from March-September and Tandem sportive in June every year

Types of bike

Eight tandems and one tri-cycle

Booking arrangements / times / charges etc

The bikes can be accessed from the container providing the Leisureplex is open as this is where the key is kept.  Go to Reception and sign a bike out and get the key

Year round / seasonal

The Tandem Group meets March-September in Wallace Park but the bikes can be accessed Year round

Other facilities

There is a large car park near by and there are toilets and a café in the Leisureplex

No, but if someone was to ask for this we would provide it given some notice

Offer advice on suitability of bikes for riders?

All the tandems are the same.  We hope to get a racing tandem in the future but at the moment all bikes are "leisure tandems"

Preferential rates for CTC members?

There is no charge providing the pilot is an RNIB volounteer
