Cycle Chilterns Brewery Ride - Lovibonds Brewery
The Cycle Chilterns 'Brewery Rides' are a series of rides taking place throughout the winter months with added incentive. Each route will be a 15-20 mile road route with a stop-off during the ride or at the end to enjoy a pint of real ale from one of the many fantastic breweries in the area. The rides are open to everyone.
Lovibonds Brewery - 20 mile Circular Ride
The undulating suggested 20 mile circular ride starts at the brewery and uses the shared cycle path alongside the Fair Mile to Lower Assendon before climbing up to Stoke Row passing close to the Maharajah's Well. It then returns via the Chilterns Cycleway down into Henley-on-Thames and back to the brewery.
10am-11am: Collect your beer token and easy-to-follow route map from the Cycle Chilterns team at the Lovibonds Brewery. You don't have to follow the suggested route - you can make up your own.
11am-2pm: Riders arriving back at the brewery between these times will receive a free pint (or soft drink).
Car Parking: The brewery is next to the Greys Road car park (3hr stay only) or there is parking at the train station and Meadow Road near the River & Rowing Museum. (all chargeable)
Travelling by train: First Great Western run regular train services to Henley-on-Thames from London Paddington and Reading. The station is less than half a mile from the brewery.
