Cycle for Health in Reading
Cycling for Health is a longstanding session run at Palmer Park Sports Stadium and fits into the Pathway Referral Scheme in Reading.
The session is for anybody over the age of 18 who want to cycle their way back to health. With lots of bicycles, adapted bikes and trikes available, the session caters for all.
The session is run by a trained phase 4 cardiac instructors.
Please note if thought not suitable for the session you will be asked to bring back a GP letter of consent.
