CTC’s AGM and National Dinner will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays, Sheffield on 12th May.

The formalities kick off at 1.00pm at the hotel with the AGM, please come at least 40 minutes early to enable us to complete registration in time for the meeting to start.

The Agenda and papers for the meeting are printed in the April/May edition of Cycle magazine which also includes a personalised proxy voting paper for every member. A copy of the pack can be found on the main AGM and dinner page.

Hosts Sheffield District CTC Member Group are celebrating their centenary in 2012.  As well as the AGM and Dinner there will be rides to suit all abilities and interests. There will be a choice of four rides all starting and finishing at the Hilton Hotel including:

A 100 km Audax event into the Peak District National Park covering, Longnor, the Roaches, Leek, & returning by Morridge and Youlgreave.

A very scenic moderate ride to Hathersage in the Hope Valley of the Peak District of around twenty-five miles.

A Family/Easy ride to Rother Valley Country Park, the ride is virtually entirely on the Trans Pennine Trail and off road, the total mileage will be around fifteen miles.

A tour of Sheffield’s Cycle Infrastructure by our Right to Ride Representative Simon Geller. This ride will be of interest to campaigners, city riders & commuters.

Members visiting the area for a longer period may also wish to join rides in Rotherham or Doncaster, the Sheffield group also hold Wednesday evening pub rides. For more information please contact our website www.sheffieldctc.org
