Seamus Kelly, our CTC Cycling Development Officer, is based with the Sustainability Team at Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council, and has a wide-ranging role to promote community based cycling across the Borough of Rochdale in close partnership with the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Primary Care Trust and Link4Life (Rochdale's provider for Leisure and Cultural Services).

The project builds on the substantial work already taking place to promote cycling for sustainable transport, and healthy and active lifestyles in the Borough.
