For mountain bikers that have limited experience, this course will really help you to gain a thorough understanding of the core principles, focusing on how to develop your skill set.

The course will look at the basic techniques and how to handle your bike, with guidance on those small things that can make a big difference to your speed, cornering and control.

Looking at your body position, braking and gear changing our tutors will guide you on the most efficient and effective techniques to ride your bike allowing you to safely explore new routes and try new challenges.

This course will also look at some of the fundamental maintenance principles such as puncture repair and quick fixes so you can feel more confident if you experience minor mechanical problems while out on the trails.
