CTC at the Tour of Britain 2014

CTC was instrumental in bringing the Tour of Britain to the Chilterns, this week the team at Cycle Chilterns are getting ready to watch the action.

The Tour of Britain starts this Sunday in Liverpool and finishes on 14 September in London. Stage 4 leaves Worcester on 10 September and Stage 6 finishes in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire on Friday 12 September - and CTC will be there.

CTC's partnership project Cycle Chilterns was instrumental in bringing the race to the area.

Women's road racing to get own tour

The announcement of the route for this year's Tour of Britain has just been made. For the first time, next spring will see a stage race for women too.

This year's Tour will visit most parts of western Britain with the start on Sunday 15 September in Scotland and the eighth and final stage in London on Sunday 22 September.
