Father and son take on LeJog for the record

Leading the CTC way
I learnt everything I know about leading cycle rides and tours with CTC, but not from any of the training courses recently profiled here and in 'Cycle' magazine. I served an apprenticeship most Sundays since 1972, with several different local CTC groups and on many longer tours at home and abroad.

The THINK! campaign for bikes is relaunched - CTC assesses its impact
Running in some of the cities that received money for cycling recently, the THINK! campaign follows the now usual 'give and take' message that equates cyclists and drivers as similar sources of danger, both of which need to 'play their part'. However, the messages it sends out are largely sensible.

Boy stuff: cycling, the prostate and erectile dysfunction
Riding a bicycle can aggravate the prostate and cause other health problems in men. The design of the standard bicycle seat can rub against the prostate during the pedalling process. A comforatble saddle is key.
