Bike maintenance classes in Colchester in November

Learn to fix a bike and save time and money

The sessions will run every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9pm at Greenstead Community Centre on Hawthorn Avenue in Colchester on these dates:

14 November
21 November
28 November - NB this session is for women only.

Coordinator Richard Monk said:

"CTC has enabled over 3,000 people cycling in Colchester. However, for many fixing a puncture or making a quick adjustment is often a big barrier to getting cycling again. We hope to give people the confidence to do a few simple tasks to make their lives easier and to help people rediscover the pleasure of cycling.”

Each 2-hour session costs £10 and gives people a useful start in learning how to keep the bike in good shape.

People on limited incomes should contact CTC, who don’t want anyone to miss out.
