The partnership enables CTC to work with three local mountain bike clubs who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the sites under the guidance of CTC, with the permission of the Forestry Commission, the landowner.

Aston Hill

Making the most of the elevation of the Chiltern Hills, Aston Hill has for a long time been one of the South of England’s premiere mountain bike destinations.

With five downhill trails, a five mile cross-country trail and a 4X track on site, there’s plenty to choose from.

Whilst Aston Hill caters primarily for the more experienced mountain biker, the top loop of the cross-country circuit is ideal for riders of all ages and abilities.

If you’re riding for the day you can purchase a day pass for £6 online, or from the Forestry Commission rangers on Aston Hill for £7. Annual memberships packages are also available - they offer great value for money if you’re a regular visitor to Aston Hill Bike Park.

Rogate DH

Rogate DH has a choice of trails to suit downhillers of all ages and abilities. With plenty of jumps, drops and features to make for a great day's riding. All of the trails are tapped out making them easy to follow and there’s always a warm welcome and a very friendly atmosphere.

Ride Tilgate

There's a hidden gem in Tilgate Woods- the locals have built a series of short sharp runs with something for everyone. Plenty of jumps, drops and features make these trails popular with riders of all ages and abilities.

If you’re riding for the day you can purchase a day pass for £4 online or from the Committee Members & Forestry Commission Rangers for £5 per day. If you’re a regular visitor to Ride Tilgate, an annual pass offers great value for money.

All of these sites rely on the enthusiasm, passion and hard work of the Club Committees and volunteers. Your day passes and/or annual membership fees cover the cost of managing and developing these sites, safeguarding the opportunities for mountain biking for now and into the future.
