A new strategy for CTC for the period 2013 to 2020 has been announced. An abbreviated version can be found below.
CTC Council published its Strategic Vision for the period 2007-2012, together with information about the consultation leading up to the 2007 AGM where it was adopted.
It was preceded by a set of strategic Objectives for CTC called 'Vision 2000' , which ran from 2001 to 2006.
In 2010 the strategy committee of CTC Council and Trustees of the CTC Charitable Trust recognised that the current CTC Strategic vision was due to expire in 2012 and commissioned a timetable to have a new plan in place by the end of 2011 for a smooth transition between plans.
At our 2005 AGM, we were pleased to announce two new developments for CTC. The first was the launch of a new charity arm to CTC; The CTC Charitable Trust. And the second was the news that CTC would be moving from its offices in Godalming to a new purpose-built building in Guilford.
