Regional And Local CTC
There are more than 200 local CTC groups based across the UK. They organise rides to suit all capabilities and provide the opportunity to cycle with others who live in your area. They are all run by volunteers who give their time to share their love of cycling and their area with others.

Local Groups

What they want is for people to enjoy what they do - so don't be shy - join them for a ride. Most groups have weekly rides that are listed on their individual websites and many run a few special events during the year that are listed on their own website and on our events and activities page.

As a member you are allocated the local group that is nearest your postcode although you can ride with any. So if you want to get involved and help support your local group click on the links below or call 0844 736 8450.

  • Find Your Local Group - to find out about your groups local weekly rides go to their website or call the local group leader for more details.

Regions

CTC has a commitment to work through a regional structure to reach as many local communities as possible.

CTC Scotland has been a success since 1996 with fundraising, membership growth and development of local influence and similar success has followed in CTC Cymru in 1999 and CTC London in 2001.

To find contacts in Scotland and Wales go to the Contact Us page of the site or you can contact your national councillor who will explain the regional programme in your area.
