Carol McKinley

I joined CTC in late 2010. I am responsible for financial management, legal compliance, insurance, IT, operational processes and volunteering within CTC. As the ‘Returning Officer’, I also oversee all CTC elections.

Before joining CTC, I was the Chief Executive at RAISE, a regional infrastructure charity. I have worked at the Big Lottery.

I live near CTC National Office in Guildford, with my husband and daughter. I enjoy reading and growing vegetables on my allotment.
