AGM and awards dinner
AGM - North Yorkshire - Saturday 11th May 2013
This year CTC’s AGM and National Dinner was held at the Grade II listed Gisborough Hall, Whitby Lane, Guisborough, North Yorkshire TS14 6PT on 11 May. Set in its own grounds on the edge of the North Yorks national park, an ideal place to explore the local moors and coast by bike or on foot.
In the morning, we held a Volunteer Networking Workshop where there was the opportunity for CTC Member Groups, Clubs and individual CTC members to take part in a series of informal workshops exploring various aspects of organising cycling activities. Topics discussed included: insurance; publicity and marketing; running an event; finance; and encouraging new riders.
