CTC, in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government and the Sports Council for Wales, are rolling out National Standards for Cycle Training and introducing Bikeability to Wales. CTC's Cycle Training Development Officer Gwenda Owen, is based in Cardiff but traveling around Wales to work with all 22 Local Authorities and other organisations to increase capacity for National Standards cycle training.
