The CTC Legal Advice Scheme is available to all individual members of CTC except Affiliated Members.  It is not available to Affiliated Organisations.  If you are involved in an incident, telephone the CTC Accident Line on 0844 736 8452 for advice.

If your injuries or damage to your property are minor, then we can provide you with draft letters of claim to send whoever caused the accident and the CTC Small Claims Pack to help you make a claim in the County (“Small Claims”) Court yourself.

If the injury or damage is more serious, then a solicitor may be appointed to take action on your behalf.

The CTC Legal Advice Scheme is totally free to eligible members, whether your case is won or lost.
If you are not a CTC member, CTC may still be able to help you in certain circumstances.  Telephone the CTC Accident Line on 0844 736 8452 for advice

Please note that CTC can normally only deal with accidents occurring in the UK.  It may be possible to deal with accidents arising elsewhere in the world, especially in the EC, but this will depend on the particular circumstances of the accident.
