I'd hoped to have an all-singing, all-dancing graphic thingy to show how much energy it takes (and how much extra food you can eat) when you ride all sorts of different types of bikes at different speeds up hill and down dale. But that will have to wait a while. In the meantime, those of you with a technical bent, and MS Excel, can download (.XLS 54KB) and play with this spreadsheet I made earlier.
